I was of the impression that the site was derelict as half of it is on the grounds of an industrial site
Turns out that once you crosee the official looking fence it's actually a US military training ground and is stil live
I think I was just unlucky getting busted

RAF Sculthorpe is a military training facility for the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence, situated about 3 mi (4.8 km) west of Fakenham in Norfolk, England. The airfield has been home to many visiting airmen and support crews of the RAF and United States Air Force.
The airfield became inactive at the end of the Cold War. Much of the associated housing and most other buildings have now been sold off by the military. The US quarters have been extensively refurbished and now form a new village called Wicken Green. There is also a fledgling industrial park.
The airstrip area remains in military hands, officially as a training area

And now the good stuff over the fence
Like a knob I forgot my torch so for the darker rooms I had to just the flash

The old coms
I really wanted to get into the comms tower but it was sealed up pretty tight
And there was this beauty
