Report - RAF Upwood August 2023

More for an update really for those who have been before.
Went here to try and see the bits I missed. It's always been the bolt-on after something else, and I have always ran out of time before sunset, as I did again today.
Most of it is gone now.
Lots of red cubes built on the south east section.
Lots of trucks driving to the north.
Map shows what's left now.

It'd shagged beyond belief, but I enjoyed my few trips here. Great example of a WW2 RAF base, shame it fell into disrepair in my opinion. Thanks for the update.

I loved this place. Visited years ago on the hottest day ever. Nice that the tanks were there also. Long gone too I suppose?

Always nice to see an update on this place and the map is useful. I've enjoyed many days wandering round here on nice sunny days, and even though its been absolutely obliterated over the years it's a great explore and few hours out.
