thats not going to stop a few chav's going in who know nothing about the dangers this place posesses, unfortunately the only way this place will become blocked off or made inaccesible is if someone died, only then will the council do anything

AFAIK There's been either a collapse or major subsidence since the original report went up threatening the new houses recently built.
