Could not find very much information about this place, even after an hour of searching but it looks to be a sports changing rooms and centre that has been abandoned for 20+ years.
Went in the middle of the day with a couple of others, got lucky as the gate was wide open. Cloaked in trees, vastly overgrown and dilapidated.
Very little, just the shell, of the buildings remaining but after over 20 years in a very populated area its expected.
3 buildings with only 2 easily accessible as one is overgrown.
