Hi @clebby grandson of the owner here. To hopefully give some more context here the company was sold off around 2009-2010 I was very young at the time so far to young to understand, however it is to my belief that the company was sold off to another company that completely changed up the management team which resulted in the shutdown of the company, this is a very sensitive subject in my family as if it had been passed on to younger members of our family or sold on earlier it may have been open to this day.
