Tonight agk, Dojann, Jonboy and I visited St. Ebba's Hospital in Epsom. We arrived, entered and started straight away. The whole site has been well secured. All buildings have doors nailed shut etc; this goes against everything I have heard about the site.
Was nice to finally meet you agk. Also nice to explore again with Jonboy and Dojann!
As usual I prefer not to do posts made up of arty images. Instead I only try and a few but show picture of just rooms; IMO how a report should be.
1. Picture of a ward
2. Equipment
3. God save the Queen
4. Firehose
5. Another ward
6. Outside storage (this has been trashed!)
7. 'Girls' ward
8. Not sure what this room was but this grills were all over the place
9. Patient Handling Sling - I wouldnt want to be on the receiving end!
10. Beds
11. I have no idea what this machine is but it looked 'icky'
12. I think this was to control temperature or something. The dial worked and read '66oF'
13. The live part
14. Winnie!
15. Corridor (reminded me of St. Peters Convent)
16. We All Love Bob (I found this disturbing)
17. I just could not resist! (although on a bad note there were a lot of these bags (full) everywhere)
18. Slippers
19. Seeing this just feels wrong somehow
20. A view from outside of the burnt/hugely trashed block
21. Clinical Waste
22. Word.
23. Swings
24. Tile Detail
25. Records (were some REALLY bad ones there lol)
26. The 'Toilet shot'
27. Another corridor in an older building (for the paint peel fans)
28. I think this would have been a day/common room
29. Buckle up! Seatbelt attached to a chair, my first thought was 'wtf'
