This building is part of a small complex of buildings that form part of the St Saviours Church which closed its doors in 2005, The Neighbourhood Centre closed back in 2008 after the local authority decided not to renew their lease. I couldn't find much information on this building it self other than it was formally a school (St Saviour's School) and at some point it became a Neighbourhood Centre. There is a fair bit of information on its neighboring church of which may be relevant to this building or may not be...
Unfortunately the Neighbourhood Centre has suffered quite extensive fire damage which meant that some of this building was inaccessible or down right stupidly dangerous for us to look at. All in all this was a bit of a boring explore only made better due to the company and stealthy stealthy NightVision who managed to step on every single thing that could possibly make a noise in the main hall
Explored with CatVStyle and NightVision, thanks for a fun night
(NightVision, feel free to add your exteriors here too)
A large Victorian gothic church designed by architect Sir George Gilbert Scott; red brick with a stone spire and slate roof, built in 1875-77, the last and largest church of the man who built the Midland Grand Hotel at St Pancras and the Albert Memorial.
