Stonecross Mansion Lancashire visited with oldskool Ojay and Hiddenshadow on what was one of those few beautiful days that we get this time of the year. this explore was made more interesting due to the fact that ojay was still on his crutches at this time and he did well to get in and round on those things. he will have to agree that it was worth the drive and effort this place is stunning in. the main hall and stairs are something else its a shame the stairs have been modified over the years to allow access or something. the rest of the mansion has a lot to offer as well looking up a lot is the best way to appreciate all the moulded ceilings and cornice. the mansion is going through some kind of redevelopment and should be with any luck turned into a luxary hotel i just hope that they get it finished..
