Question - Thames Tunnel Near Belmarsh

Hello Folks,

Whilst browsing a Marine Navigation chart of the River Thames, downstream of Woolwich; I noticed a tunnel clearly marked on the chart. The chart is recent and dated 2018. Does anyone know anything further about this tunnel.

Its a cable tunnel. It runs from a non descript building in the the middle of an estate in Thamesmead, goes under the thames and comes out in a random site in Barking.

uk power networks tunnel, i had a fouled attempt yesterday but did get to see down the shaft, i will be returning at some point
