Once used as the offices for wealthy Manchester businessmen, this building was acquired by Magull Group for re-development. Prior to the purchase it had been dormant for a few years, I eventually got round to doing an explore in April 06.
I'm not sure if they have started any work, so possibly its still up for an explore.
The buildings have some interesting features such as an old Victorian lift, nice ironwork and decorative features with good city views.
The problem was it was a crack house big time
I'm talking literally, the works!
Blood on the walls (I presume from burst veins jetting out)
Some rooms serve as latrines
Knee high in needles
PLEASE BE CAREFUL if you wanna do an explore, watch where you tread
this is presuming they have not terminally cleaned the building by now.
also there was many stolen items, credit cards, bus passes etc.
some people I feel sorry for and seeing this kind of social low really puts things in perspective. I could only feel sorry for all this
anyway here's the pictures
