So, finally after weeks & countless hours of trawling the interweb and following dead ends I finally found a link that led us straight to it on Sunday morning...shortly afterwards we hit the road!...we crested a hill and saw it in the distance, 10 minutes later we were walking up through the jungle of a garden, it's been vacant & abandoned for close to 20 years & has been stripped of pretty much everything that can be carried away,the graffiti gremlins have been in as have the vandals,but it is still a stunning place to visit, I even saw an otter in the pond 
...the cellar is great, very spooky and atmospheric, you can imagine how grand it was in it's day....we visited on Sunday June 1st 2014
