First little wander for a while, back in Germany hoping to see some sights.

The Film Studio was a buzzing studio for various films spanning from the nearly 1950’s to the latest full production in 1990.
At the height of it’s productions in the late 50’s the studio was one of the best known in Germany.
As production’s in Germany became more modernised the studio couldn’t keep up with the better studios from rivals in big cities.
During the 80-90’s the studio kept itself going with marketing adverts and photoshoots, such as the one below for the launch of the VW Golf and various other marques.
The studio eventually closed it’s doors for good in the the early 2000’s
Most the site is used for storage, but the attic and archive room have some nice details from the old studio.
Bigfoot?!
These tripods were huge
Focusing board in the archive room
Headless prop in the "prop's room"
Thanks for looking.
