Was driving past within the last few days and stopped the car to have a look. True the hatches sealed with fresh shiny padlocks, but someone has been making the effort to get in (not me). First reservoir: wide open. Second and third: doable but involves a tricky climbing move at height to get onto the ladder. 4th reservoir: locked.
