Post is locked heavily, and lies in an overgrown compound in front of a large newbuild house. Lots of original paint still exists. Locks seem seized.

was looking to try gain access to this one. did you talk to the owners, just wondered as you mention about the locks seeming seized so didnt know if they gave you keys
