Enjoyed this more than i thought i would considering i'm not a fan of rugby or any sport whatsoever but it was a nice little mooch

History,
Will keep it brief as sport bores me to death. Formed in 1879, Warrington started out at Sankey Street, before moving to Wilderspool Road, then Slutchers Lane, before returning to Sankey Street and back to Wilderspool Road. It was the team's home ground for over 100 years. The move to the new club was seen as 'long overdue' as there was no disabled access & one of the stands was deemed unsafe.
