How sad that its just gonna sit there and rot because it's Grade II listed, so will cost a fortune to repair. Fantastic pictures though, well done!

Well done on getting in - it was worth the effort! That ceiling is awesome - probably one of the best features ; it'd be such a pity were it to collapse.

The last I remember over its future is that the Universities were looking into the feasibility of converting it into a business innovation centre to complement the "Science Park" next door ; hopefully we'll hear more this year. I hope they can ; once the crappy modern additions are removed this could be a very special building!
