The cctv cameras don't work as far as I'm aware, its just that creepy fuck in the van who sits outside all day bc he has simply nothing else to do :| otherwise you're in the clear!

I love how the CCTV still scares off a few. Those dome cameras are from when the Business Park was in operation in the mid 2000's

The roof of the hall has started to collapse in the last year or so

The side facing the original entrance still has its slate on because they were stopped from removing it. Sadly too late for the rest of the buildings by then.

Hes a proper muppet kicked up a right stink when I went a few years back I confronted him (couldn't understand the accent very well over his raised angry voice) soon as I got near he told me "walking towards him was intimidating and told me to f*ck off" and got in his van and drove off really weird fellow
