A random find that happened to be next to another tiny little explore I was checking out.

History
Starting life as a farmhouse, then a home for young offenders and finally becoming a pub in the early 1900s and remained so until 2015. It's not entirely clear why this pub closed, but I suspect it's the usual deal of no longer profitable. This place is a little out in the sticks, so I suspect maybe footfall wasn't enough.

The Explore
A nice easy explore, but a little strange with the place being so clean for somewhere that's been empty for 5 years. Looks like it was once a very nice place for a pint and lunch.

@Grom this is open now? I regularly drive past this place and earlier in the year it wasn’t accessible. Looks interesting inside being so clean!

Hi, it was open a few weeks ago when I went. There's not much here but it's a nice little explore.
Oh really, thanks for the info. I occasionally stop and have a little wander on my way home but have also always been on my own which I’m not a fan of when doing a new explore! I’d always thought it looked like someone was living in there?!
