This one's nothing big or overly exciting but I thought it had a bit of character we had headed to the area after seeing a post that the small post office building nearby was open however it had been sealed as we drove up to it I spotted something sticking up by the road that was previously covered in overgrowth but recently cut back so we pulled over to look and saw the entrance to this shelter, one of many in the area but others we have come across have been welded shut.

What I thought was a loo at first glance being by the entrance they usually are but then realised it was some sort of furnace for a heating system Looking at it I would asume something is burnt in the bowl heating it then cool air is sucked in the grill at front heated in the hollow area around the bowl then circulated through the pipes? Or possibly water filled pipes like modern heating?
