Report - Aquaseal Rubber - Wallsend - January 2014

This is a repost due to changing image host.

I braved a cold, dark Wallsend morning in January to take some photos of the sun rising over the cranes. I suffered through the freezing wind and bitter rain in the name of photography, and after getting the shot, the gods of exploration saw fit to reward my temerity.

"Lo, what's that I see in the distance?
Is it..?
It is!
A derp!!"

Aquaseal Rubber Ltd is a family run company which was formed in 1972 originally under the name Argus Rubber Engineering, initially manufacturing gaskets and strip rubber for the Keilder Dam project as well as the ship building and ship repair industries in Tyne & Wear.
