Report - Athol-Guilford-Trevanion Tunnels, Dover - 27/5/07

Visited with monk, Ali23, Nik24, STeALtH and CavKing.

Athol, Guilford and Trevanion tunnels sit deep inside Dover's famous white stuff.
Athol tunnels at the eastern end, and Trevanion tunnels at the western end. Both linked by Guilford tunnel, which is supposed to be well over 1,000ft long.
They were all used as shelters during WW2.
I've wanted to get into these for ages, and yesterday we were granted access by Merlin himself. Shit hot!

There is loads of old graff and carvings down there. I'm sure the other's have got some more pics of it.
