Chance find on another of Raddog and I's B'ham drive rounds. From what I can gather it did not close until 2005 (another Longbridge Victim). What struck me about the place was how intact it was. There were still castings in the polishing stone boxes! Typical of the hundreds of small indipendant foundaries that were spread all around B'ham.
Above pics show the toolmakers benches, casting plant, polishing stones and stores. I would guess the lettering on the front is 1940's/50's.
