The 2 units that are currently at Axis park are the only two that the Charles Topham company were able to build before being liquidated in 2008, since then the units have been the victim of heavy vandalism with not one window left un-smashed. On the top floor of unit one there has actually been a hole knocked through.
Adjacent to the two units is the shipping containers that the building crew used as storage, toilets and changing rooms, these again have been the victim of many fires and vandalism.
