HISTORY
Built in 2007 and finished in 2008 this small industrial estate was another development in this area of Blackburn to rejuvenate the area and bring in jobs and trade, the proposed plan was to open as offices and small businesses but the money ran out for before they could be completed the main benefactors were trevor dawson & co and also Richard Wharton of king sturge ,the entire site consists of 130,000 square feet of land with both blocks taking up 18,000 sq feet of office space the original plan was for 18 of these units to be built they managed to erect just two.

EXPLORE
This was a spur of the moment explore on the way back from billinge we just wanted snaps of the carving man statue on the motorway turn off and spotted this so a cheeky mooch was in order (well it would of been rude not too haha;))access was super easy and although all the windows were broken by the local youths of this fine part of lancashire:Dthe actual structures were very much intact as there mainly built from steel girders and tubular steel cross members there were signs that these buildings come in handy as a kind of get away for these poor kids there were what seemed to be little camping areas inside where they had fires burning could be homeless people but the lack of general homeless paraphernalia leeds me to think the former are responsible with @LancashireExplorations anyway on with piks
