Barnes Convalescent Hospital [November 2010] [Photo Heavy]
Barnes Convalescent Home/Hospital November 2010
Barnes Convalescent Home, in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, England, was a former hospital which converted into a home. The hospital is inbetween an interchange between the A34, M60 motorway and M56 motorway.
The hospital was constructed in a rural setting, but now surrounded by busy motorway intersection. The hospital/home is a Grade II Listed, and a renovation is duely needed to save the building from collapsing.
This was my explore I did and I enjoyed it, didn't run into any security so I think I was lucky.

Just below here is a broken door window, its a long drop. Very nerving when you get to the top floor.
One of shots that I really liked how it came out.
Found all lifts, the basement has one lift, ground floor another but a bit more unstable.
Got a great shot of the sun providing a great shot.
The floor was slightly sagging from the rain from the day before this, got the shot though =D
The basement was flooded and it was god damn dark, I kept checking behind me a lot because this really creeped me out.
Decided to do an arty shot, stupid bright led headlamp = awesome shadow.
Is this hospital powered by rockets?
Is this a crane or something? I saw a crane sign inside the basement level.
Noticed my torch cause a cool reflection on the lift wall.
Final shot of the day, I saw a security guard enter the building so I decided to run.
