Packing into 24 hours what usually takes all weekend this was stop four in dweeb and my marathon Friday\Saturday explore.
Only my second visit to Cane Hill, and the last visit was cut short by some unfriendly pooches!
What can I say, the place is not only a reminder of the days of the abandoned asylums, it's also widely regarded as the best. I love natural decay and I love ephemera, nowhere has it more than this. It's like landing on an uninhabited island.
The whole idea behind the trip was taking the 10-20's in there after being inspired by turks pics. Mine has worked hard in some filthy conditions and this was the day it ran out of steam. The focus is screwed, both auto and manual, so most of these pics were taken on infinity! Not the greatest when it was a grey day and even duller indoors. Still every one that came out well is a small victory. An awesome day, another one to remember!
