After a visit to Delph stopped here for a look around visited,The Clegg St railway warehouse is a grade ll listed building and was built in 1876 and finally stopped working in the 1960's.built by the Ashton guide bridge railway it is very unusual in the design as it is curved,it has 78,000sq ft and is on five floors. we could only gain access to the lower level which is just as well as it look's like it will fall down under it's own weight...saying that i will be back to explore upper levels also very dark in there but if you love old victorian buildings then well worth a visit....visited with oldskool.
