Strictly speaking, there's no such thing as a concrete quarry. Try being a bit more specific in your search terms, as to the type of quarry you're googling.

You can't quarry concrete - so the video is misleading.
The place you're looking for is just outside Newport. It's an old manufacturing plant for concrete bricks and building materials.

Apart from the title there's nothing in that video to suggest it ever was a quarry.
It's a Concrete products business.
