Havent seen this one up in a while. Tried to find access but its well sealed and after a few inquiries managed to get a number for the owner, who was very friendly and more than happy to let us have the run of the place. This is one awesome place, my shots really don't do it justice, I really wish I had a wide angle lens.
The Pumping Station was bought in 2001 and an English Heritage grant of 530k was given to help restore the building. The original plan was to convert this restaurant , however after asking the owner about this he said the furthest they got was putting up the signs out side as there was no longer any money in the catering business. We were also surprisingly told how much he hates the building as he's had the lead stripped off the roof 3 time's and with it being a listed building, is a lot of effort to get the lead put back on. He also mentioned that the places has also been "broken into" by a photographer from an Internet site. This had our hearts going, but luckily he didnt mention 28dl.

10. And finally, a random dog which pounced on my leg while taking external shots, nearly pooped my self thinking It was the farmer who lives close dog.
