This post is kind of pointless to be honest but if anyone is local in Stevenage, Hertfordshire like myself then you will know that the town centre is going through a regeneration of demolishing all the old original buildings and replacing them with new build apartments “affordable homes” anyway this office building called Swingate House located in the northern part of the town centre on Danestrete has been empty and abandoned since March 2020 and is being demolished sometime in early 2021. Here is two photos of what Swingate House looks like now and is worth a possible explore or even derelict photography.
