Yes, this is going wayy back but I found another lot of photos and remembered how good this place actually was and that I'd never posted any pictures of it. As far as I know, they made socks, tights and various other hosiery garments. The whole place was sprinkled with purple and green dye which got all over our clothes but it probably didn't help that we climbed inside the big washing/dyeing machines.
There were a lot of odd objects lying around like funny plastic legs, ice skates and stickers. We covered our tripods and faces in Asterix stickers that we found scattered over the floor. I tried to find some information about the site on google but you'll be amazed at how little about abandoned sock factories comes up when typing "du parc" into google.
