Amazing photos. I'm gutted they didn't keep the control room for new development. All the plans have fallen through now so who knows what will happen with the site.

I went on a school trip so was lucky enough to see it working.

Ahh, this was a great trip. Spending the whole night in the maze that was Solent Mills, then heading straight to Fawley and making it up on the roof for sunrise. Those were the days!

How I wish I'd taken a shot like this. Perfection!
