March 2011 Jos and I have visit this Russian Army base
Here some info:
Military airport of a bombsquat of the Russian army. It was original a German airport build in 1938 with a take-off and landing strip of grass and a length of 1000m and some buildings. Since the Russian army used this spot is was enlarged time by time. At the end there were 3 runways for take-offs and 3 stripes for landings. Beside the buildings for an airport houses were build for officers and their families
