Harrogate Tutorial College was a small co-educational independent school specialising in preparing students for university, teaching GCSE and A-level qualifications. The college's admissions policy and teaching style made it popular among pupils of British public schools who had not met the academic requirements to proceed to A-level. The college provided English Language courses and attracted many overseas students wishing to enrol at British Universities. The school was founded in 1981 and closed in 2004.
