Opened 1960 closed 1968
Nice and easy to locate as the Orlit B is visible from the roadside, located within a large compound that is VERY VERY overgrown.

Small opening to get through
On arrival the GZI mount and some of the hatch was covered by nature, so a few mins later with some shears
Awful smell of death after the hatch was opened
Monitoring room, nice and dry
The sump grill has gone and has bits of rotten wood in it
The Orlit B, in pretty good condition
Cleared the hatch from debris so it shuts correctly now
The t-bar has been broken off, was suprised that there was no other type of lock on the hatch, not even a sign that there was ever padlock hasps etc.
