This is the third location from our "mainly industrial" trip to Germany this summer. We weren't sure about the entrance, so we spent some time trying to find our way in. The place is quite remote, next to an active golf course, but reasonably hidden from the prying eyes, save for the cycling route running right in front of the lobby. I don't have much history of this place. We saw it on one of our fellow urbexers page and he was kind enough to share it with us, but I only saw three albums from it, so it's probably not very well-known. It closed sometime in 2015 or 2016 and still looks very mint to this day. There is also possibly something going on in one of the wings, because we found some opened paint in there, which didn't look like it's been sitting there for four years. Electricity was still running in the building - an alarm-ish-looking panel was still running in one of the side rooms in the lobby - but the breakers we probably shut down, since we couldn't turn on any lights. After we left the building and went towards our car, a security-like car was driving towards the hotel, so the alarms might still be working. We've spent 2 or 3 hours in there though. The place is very vast, having multiple wings and being a bit of a maze. We've spent good 20 minutes trying to find the pool, but the signs weren't very helpful. All in all, it was a very nice explore and we enjoyed it. Shame about the rest of our trip though.
