A regular on our forgotten railways group on Facebook, this was taken i think in 1975,its the Tonmawr end of the

First we had to get in, and found it was flooded a distance in. Came back another time with bin liners in our wellies since the water was so deep, then came back again with the boat. All on my trusty BSA 250. Came the closest to death I can remember on the way home afterwards when I did an unintended wall-of-death around one of the local mountain road hairpins in the fog, all with Ben onboard!

We went back in with a boat last year inspired by Bens photos from back in the day, its not changed much but a good day out.
