Lancaster Hole to Colonnades
Situated in the Yorkshire Dales and part of the Ease Gill Cave System, the most complex cave system in Britain, with around 47 miles (76 km) of passages, including connections only passable by cave diving
Well it's been a while since I've been in caves.. infact it's been a while since I've done owt usefull tbh
Anyway, we decided to go for a quick mooch down to Colonnades rather than the full on trip to Wretched Rabbit (TBC)

The trip starts with liddage between some limestone boulders leading to a 110 ft (34 m) shaft

(Not looking forward to the ascent back up, that's where)
2 Re-belays later and were both safely down, the way on is up onto a traverse ledge, and forward along the high rift to the impressive Bridge Cavern
(On the left a concealed crawl which leads to 'The Graveyard')
Bridge Cavern
At the end of all this, an easy climb up to the left, followed by a short traverse, enters Colonnades Passage with its impressive set of columns
After an hour or two of dicking about it was time to SRT back up up 110 ft and back into civilization, oh and we rescued another frog
