...Langdon Searchlight Battery is built into the chalk faces of the white cliffs of dover, overlooking Langdon Bay and the eastern end of Dover harbour. It was used to identify ships during both world wars, and comprises of 3 look-outs connected by a chalk passage way cut into the cliffs...​

Only two of the look-outs are now accessible due to a chalk fall in the tunnel​
