Lees Moor Tunnel near Cullingworth, west yorks
After many hours on google maps and the internet and field searching myself and 28DL member Headbangerhenry found this tunnel.
It goes under lees moor inbetween Cullingworth and Keighley.
It used to be part of the great Northen railway section that ran from keighley to queensbury.
The railway was closed in 1955 so its been empty a while. though this tunnel is occupied at the Keighley end by a caravan park storage shed.
I recon we are the first people in many years to access the tunnel from the Cullingworth end.
