The chapel was recently sold. To a property developer. It's grade two listed.

Yeah. I don't need you to guess the rest..

What are you going to do in the middle of a graveyard though? You can't exactly bulldoze the lot and build a few houses, surely

No but you can easily knock down a grade 2 listed wreak and build houses on that bit.

I just don't think it'd be worth the effort. All that's going to fit there are a couple of small semis at best
