Visited with nic on Rememberance (SP) after reading about it on the secret Scotland Wiki.

An anti aircraft position which was constructed in 1941. There seems to be differing accounts as to whether or not it was completed. It was built to house 3.5in guns.

4 Anti aircraft positions in an arc from North to South to the North of Glasgow with a central control bunker. About a hundred yards from the site, in the opposite direction to the accomodation etc was a bunker which appears to have been filled with concrete (we couldn't find an entrance anyway:( )

One of the positions with ammunition storage along the outer walls. Was there a reason why they were set at 90 Degree angles to the actual guns?
Im presuming that this photograph also shows the channel where the charge cable would have been run in to the gun?

To the control room. Would this have been used as a loading bay? As there were steps up to the position just to the left of this.
