I had a chance recently to make a brief tour of this large abandoned hospital campus outside Detroit. Unfortunately the sun was fading fast, so I only got a chance to see parts of 3 buildings, but it was definitely worthwhile nonetheless. Northville is mostly quite modern architecture, which I'm generally not a fan of, but it had enough cool stuff to see to make up for it. I'd definitely like a couple more days to take a proper tour of the place.
1. Autopsy table
2. Cool bathtub
3. Random lab analysis shite
4. Torture chamber
5. This auditorium was bathed in totally blue light, due to the blue curtains covering the blue windows. I tried messing around with the colors, now the windows are red.:crazy
6. The autoclaves at NRPH are really cool, lots of them built right into the walls, even smaller round ones.
7. An operating room with observation windows looking down from a raised platform with a separate door from the corridor.
8. More cool built-in gadgetry
9. Swamp life on the roof
10.
11. Autopsy table showing the lights in the ceiling above it
12. Morgue
13. Random lab room
14. Another cool bathtub
15. Buckled gym floor
