Hey guys!

I am someone who has been going to places and there across the Devon/Cornwall areas however a great friend of mine (which I go to places with) wanted to start doing content creation (Videography and Photography)
We know the basics of how the hobby works with things like safety and the good old "Leave nothing but footprints"
Just want to know the tips and suggestions for the plan. If you have any questions on what were going to do on this plan I will be happy to respond

If your doing content creation do not been like those YouTube goons that break in or vandalise or showing everyone how to get in and out so vandals can fuck up the spot or get gobby at people cause you got caught and you could maybe try mix the photography aspects and take pictures as you record overall try make the content about you and your friend making memories together rather a fuck fest. Personally I would like to see a content creator that can make videos that isn't like them goons and actually makes the video fairly entertaining.

Honestly if you insist on doing videos, the further you can distance yourself from the inane cookie cutter 'exploring with' YouTube explorers the better.

I think most of us would prefer 'content creators' would go elsewhere

But.......

Don't use click bait titles,
Don't make stupid names up for places,
Don't give locations away,
Don't give entry points away,
Don't dramatise simple things,
Don't dress places up to make them seem what they aren't,
Don't make stories up of what happened there,
Don't use dramatic music,
Don't go in mob handed,
Don't break in,
Don't smash shit up,
Don't pretend you've found a place unless you have,
Don't pretend there's ghosts there,
Don't pretend somthing is what it isn't,
Don't pretend your the only explorer in the hobby,
Don't intentionally get chased by anyone,
Don't explore a place then intentionally make it undoable for anyone else,
Don't pretend a permission visit is anything else,
Don't over process your footage,
Don't call yourself some stupid goon name especially anything that starts with exploring with,

Just a few simple pointers, follow those and you might get accepted a bit more.

That is what me and my friend want to do and potentially make some jokes to entertain the viewers a bit (Not making fun of security or vandalise as the jokes unlike other content creators) and try make the videos more about me and my friend making memories and uncover what places use to be. The most we would bring for a explore is 3-4 people so i hope thats not "mob handed" and overall i thank you for giving us some tips.
