Presswork Metals, Newton Aycliffe
Ok, I haven't done a report for a while and I wanted to make my next one a good one... So much for that!
I dont think this place has been covered before anywhere online, so I thought I'd chuck this up, even thought it is total derp!
Not much in terms of history online, just your average press-shop I guess, closed in 2005 I think.
From one article I found;
"A major customer of Presswork Metals has pulled out of the troubled engineering group, wiping more than 20pc off sales.
But administrators working to sell the Newton Aycliffe company and save 240 jobs are hopeful they will have a deal by next week.
Presswork Metals ( which makes components for the auto industry ( blamed a worldwide rise in the price of steel when it went into receivership earlier this month.)"

Still managed to get the lonely chair shot, didn't want to touch it as I fear it was holding the building up.
Unless you like pigeon shit(LOTS of pigeon shit), foliage and pealing paint, I wouldn't bother.
