The location of the post was easily found spotting the orlit "tower".
The post itself was hidden within a mature hedge.
The hatch was wide open but the area was so overgrown it took me a while to get inside.
Peering down the access shaft
It was wet at the bottom of the ladder. I climbed down as i stepped off the ladder I stood on a board which was completly rotten and my foot plunged into two inches of water.
the post was stripped just the cupboard remains along with rotten timber and the post doors leaning against a wall.
It apears that a suplimentory damp course was installed around the bottom of the walls.
The toilet.
Then back out.
I closed the hatch and weighted it down with a piece of slab as the T-bar locking device was missing.
