I remember having a crack at this with Sneak a couple of years back now, once easily do-able it was a no go, and sadly is again since every fucker decided it wise to post it in the public domain :crazy
The Lower rooftop was and still is accessible, however it's pretty uninspiring (especially since the good old days of that up-lighter)
What else can I say, it was a chilled rooftop offering some unique views of the Blackfriars district of Manchester, on a clear night you can see all the way up Deansgate and beyond
Still it was good while it lasted..
