Hello again. I was bored one sunday afternoon and decided on popping over to the tower blocks on i can see from my house to see if access was possible. I can usually access these places quite easily and had my eye on the 2 taller blocks (20 floors) located further down the hill. Access to one was possible but the rooftop was locked tight so a couple of shots out of the window at my next target before trying the one over the road .

Access to the other was impossible though . As it turned out, these 2 blocks seem earmarked for demolition, the one with the communication mast on top (the one i couldnt access) is now , as far as i can make out, totally empty with sleels on the windows on the bottom 2 floors and no glass in the windows that are visible. Wont be too long i wouldnt have thought before someone makes access easy for us .(Would be interesting to report on a derelict tower block, see whats been left behind)

For those of you would like a little history , the best i could find is here >>> http://ukhousing.wikia.com/wiki/Bromford_Bridge
2 of the 20 floor towers mentioned in the above link have long since been demolished, the 5 13 floor blocks remain as do the 2 i mentioned above.

Anyway, on with some more pics. Taken with my canon rebel set on auto (mainly because iv not got to grips with all the settings etc lol) Ill try and point out any interesting (to me anyway) bits i managed to spot , the view from this particular rooftop was a bit special imo , probably because usually when im at these places im usually in a rush to get off so dont take in the scenery (time for a change me thinks lol )

Looking towards the Swan, Yardley
