Built in 1874 as the Midlothian and Peebles asylum, this lovely old hospital became the Rosslynlee Mental Hospital in 1948, then from 1960 it was just Rosslynlee Hospital, used for geriatric and adult psychiatric patients.
The hospital has been closing in stages and closed for good at the end of last year. It's now up for sale.
