Again not Exploring as such... but I thought some may want to see the photos from my visit to one of the last small scale stainless steel founders in Sheffield. The building is surrounded by apartments and student halls as the industry is swept away and replaced. The works next door is derelict but bricked up
I asked the owner if that too was to be apartments... his reply of "not unless we go, and we are not going anywhere" was refreshing!!
